Music:

Music is an integral part of our daily lives. Whether we listen to  it or not, while grocery shopping or in a department store,   Elevator music is now digitized tape recorders and multiple viewers are quite common. Everywhere we listen, you will find music in your heart.

While in ancient history the heart was said to be the first spoken word. That heartbeat became the drum. Then out of rhythms or beats came the first spoken word "Nommo". In Nigeria that drum still exists as the Talking Drum, where at the University at Ile Ife preserves its actual meanings in language.

Out of that original heartbeat automatically the human body begins to move. We call it dance. Although, it's origins is tribal, in modern day life we are able to access Midi samples, and MP3 players while using all of our audio sensory perception. 
We enjoy video games and DVDs. Audio/Visual and Special Effects.

These are all a part of a New Age of Wisdom. Should we be able to incorporate all of our senses and information into guiding our destiny, such an Extra Sensory Perception (ESP) realization place this would be!

Light:

During the cold winter months do we realize a lack of light? It is more evident in the shorter days and the  disoriented inner clock that control our lives and  moods. We change, with the absence of light as our eyes and our minds turn more inward.

Most recent studies have shown that we are also more stressed during this time. We seek sunshine where there is only a dim and furlong sun.

HELP IS ON THE WAY

While the articles in this site are primarily for color, light  reflects crystal a prism. A much needed supply of rainbow daylight which controls our moods, emotions, sense of well being and honest to goodness wanting to be cuddled and warm.
